Cooking lamb chops in the oven?
I normally cook lamb chops on the stove however the marinade sticks to the pan and is a pain to clean. Somebody suggested to me to cook them in the oven instead as the ceramic dishes are easier to wash. I like my meat well done. How long should I cook them for and at what temperature?
place marinated lamb chops in an oven proof dish (spray first with canola spray this will help with cleaning afterwards). pour 1-2 cups of water and cover with foil. cook covered for about 20 minutes and then for remainder of time uncovered usually around another 20 minutes depending on size and how many chops you are cooking.
